CraigIt was almost 6 years ago I found this Optimal Health Lifestyle program, lost 50 lbs. and now am pursuing ultra health, and not letting excuses stand in my way. I now have freedom to move however I want to! Even doing a handstand going up 18 stairs! Through my journey I have learned it's not about solving a problem-but focusing on CREATING a solution for health. Choosing between what I want now and what I want MOST! HollyAlthough I wore a smile, my heart and soul were dark. I was ruled by self doubt, insecurities and had given up the hope that I could ever change.
