I was 50 lbs. over weight and struggling I found this Optimal Health Lifestyle program, got rid of the extra weight and now I'm pursuing ultra health not letting excuses stand in my way. I now have freedom to move however I want to! Even doing a handstand going up 18 stairs! Through my journey I have learned it's not about solving a problem-but focusing on CREATING a solution for health. Choosing between what I want now and what I want MOST! "I am learning to change the wording in my head from I can't to how can I?"
